Med Matrix testimonial, ozone therapy and convenience

Thank you all right um way to do this just do that way did you look over the questions at all or are you just ready to jump right in I'm ready okay cool soan thank you so much for coming on the call today I really really do appreciate it um what specific product or Services have you used from Med Matrix I have been coming to Med Matrix for ozone therapy ozone therapy that's great um and can you describe your experience um doing ozone therapy with the team the nurses the admin staff providers um it's great um I was exposed to Ozone in another uh practice that I had to go travel to Rhode Island for and then I also traveled to Portsmith New Hampshire for some to try find something that was closer for some treatments that I needed to recover from breast cancer and um when you when I found you in South Portland I was thrilled to be able to incorporate incorporate it more six um consistently into my recovery program so it's been great um it's just so convenient to have it so nearby awesome happy to hear that um what specific results have you noticed since um starting ozone before and with Med Matrix if any um General Improvement in underlying health issues I also recently was diagnosed with lime and I'm in Lime treatment and I feel like it's really um enhanced that particular treatment and really um increased my healing great and how do you know like are you sleep better you feel more energized um more focused at work I definitely feel more focused and um brain fog is definitely better um overall Vitality I've been able to consistently engage in my workouts with my trainer you know just feeling definitely a lot more energy to get through the day not so tired at the end of the day I can handle a lot more stress in my professional life um I wouldn't and sleep is definitely kind of a moving Target um but generally I think when I do sleep I sleep better I wake up more rested um so overall I I think you know people tell me I look a lot healthier than I have been and I definitely feel a lot healthier so but I'm still you know kind of on the journey that's great one of the um main effects I notic from ozone because I do ozone monthly as well is um when I work out or I'm training for a marathon right now um so I'm running a good bit is I don't really feel uh sore the day after like physical activity I think my muscles recover faster um that's great I'm happy to hear that so how does m Matrix compare to other similar companies or products that you've tried um it's pretty similar um the clinic I was going to in Rhode Island is is quite similar um a little bit differently run it's a biological medicine clinic so um it's got I I think I had to start out with the um medical guidance of the doctor and your products allow me to kind of pick and choose a little bit more flexibly which I think is good especially since I already knew what I needed and then you also have the medical support there for me to question and make sure that um I'm doing the best that I can do and optimizing the opportunities and then um like you having other services available um your staff has been really good particularly the nurse that I work with has been good at saying hey you know why don't you try the therapy mats and why don't you try these other things while you're here and so that's been really nice too to sort of help with my nervous system and give me a more a fuller experience while I'm having the ozone treatment which has been nice and also adding some of the add-ons like glutathione you know some of those particular types of benefits have been helpful so she seems very knowledgeable and is very helpful at getting those services is for me as well great I'm really happy to hear that um would you recommend Med Matrix to others and if so why I I have been yep yep I've brought my daughter I've brought a girlfriend of mine and I've recommended some other people so um it's a unique therapy to get ozone um and so um you know several of my friends don't just want know some of the other therapies that you provide I also wanted to um have my daughter try the ozone for her lime treatments as well so um so it's it's great yeah and I my husband and I have both been in to talk with your uh medical provider so I think um there's a lot there we're pretty far down our in our journey of healing and recovering and learning how to best optimize our health at this later stage of life but um it's nice to have your services and to continue to better understand them and um benefit from you expanding them and widening them and everyone that you have on staff to be quality people and knowledgeable and um caring which is really good because when you don't feel good um you know you really you don't want to be treated like a number you want to kind of have a you know a real caring feeling about the experience you're having yeah I 100% agree and thank you lean um can you describe what a visit is like at Med Matrix uh well now everyone's gotten to know me so I kind of walk in and go right in for my treatment uh but it's always been very professional and um interested and also very efficient at getting me access to what I wanted and it was good for me in that respect because I I came knowing what I wanted and was able to really get access to that in a consistent manner quickly and efficiently and um really without a lot of hassle yeah I when you come in you're so efficient with your time it's um you're in and you're immediately on the computer working it's like a continued it's like another office for you I I'm the same way I love to get work done while I'm doing an IV it's a probably not the best you know thing to be doing while you're healing but I'm at a stage in my healing where I can manage that and it's nice that you guys are flexible enough to allow me to have little disruption to things I have happening that I can come in and get my get my needs met and then yeah move on and be on with my day yeah totally um yeah I know it's hard to like you're Le you're obviously very busy and um Health has to come we have to put our health first otherwise we're going to um spiral out of control and um if we don't have our health what else do we have right um so I'm glad you found a way to still get all your stuff done and be productive and get your health in there too so it's um it's great cool well
