Patient Story
Afternoon Energy Crashes at 40
Summary
Brianna came to Med Matrix as she was turning 40, wanting a baseline on what was changing in her body. She was hitting afternoon lulls so heavy that she was looking for routes home with places she could pull off if she had to fall asleep, alongside midday fatigue and cycles that had suddenly gone irregular, even though she lifts, runs, plays field hockey, hydrates and pays attention to nutrition. Her own doctor made small suggestions and ran a yearly blood panel she felt was not extensive. After an intake call, a blood panel, an InBody scan and visits with Dr. Sasha Rose, ND, she says she is feeling much better and more certain about her 40s.
