Becoming a Patient

At Med Matrix, health actualization is based on a partnership and a process. To find and treat the root causes of your illness, you will have to work hard and so will we.

To get started in the healing journey, we ask you to fill out the new patient contact form. Once you fill out the form, a patient care coordinator will reach out in a few days to make sure that the care we provide fits your health needs.

They will share more about how we work with patients through the process of getting to the root cause of disease, they will discuss pricing with you and walk you through the next steps.
